Deana Cotter, B.S

Hello and welcome, My name is Deana and I am the the founder of Be authentic you. I have always had a deep passion for holistic health and have found myself in many classrooms, studying spirituality, mental health and nutrition.  I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as certificates in Shamanism, Yoga, Nutrition and Massage Therapy. Through my own journey of wellness and discovery of my authentic self, this non profit was birthed. My desire is to bring educators, leaders and experienced people together to share their knowledge and their wisdom with people so we can be healthier and happier!

Angela Schiavone, LPN

Hi! My name is Angela and I am a Licensed Practical Nurse. I currently work for a non-for-profit Hospice and I LOVE IT! I firmly believe, as emotional as my job can be at times, that there is such a beautiful peace that occurs when working with a patient during their last days of life. It is the first time, in my sixteen year career, that I have been able to experience people on a physical, mental and spiritual level in healthcare. I have learned that the most meaningful experiences in life come from building relationships with others and I firmly believe that being on this board could not only benefit others through my experiences but benefit myself through those I come in contact with. In order for us to thrive in life and be happy, I believe there has to be a balance between your physical, mental and spiritual self, which is the center of the Holistic Wellness model and why I decided to participate with Be authentic you. I mean… what’s better then being your best self?

AnneJunco, RN

Hi my name is Anne I am a registered nurse and I currently work in home healthcare with clients struggling with mental health.  I believe in the whole body experience when trying to heal from illness.. My approach is I always recommend the earth and what it has to offer for illness or disease to help with the ailments and other things a client might need to heal inside themself. My experience has proven that things such as, fresh herbs ,outside air ,sunlight,  diet and a whole array of different types of holistic healing benefits a persons healing and overall health.   While I know some diseases/health problems require Western medicine. I believe the best approach to help with some side effects or to help with some of the ailments associated with that disease is to include holistic healing. I’m currently working towards my degree as a PMHNP ( Psychiatric and mental Health Practioner and I’m thrilled to be on this board for an amazing mission.

Sean Clark

Hello, my name is Sean and I the owner of Sean Clark Chimney Services. I have always been an outdoorsman, connected to nature on land and sea. 9 years ago I went through some tough events and found my way to a deeper spiritual way of life. As my heart was opened I began to be interested in the mind, body spirit connection. In the last several years I has done yoga, meditation and studied shamanism and nutrition. My passion has become the importance of good clean food and the effects a good diet can have on your physical and mental well being.  Through diet I have eliminated my aches and pains in my body. I have a huge passion for regenerative farming and I have hopes that our farming practices will change in this country and throughout the world.

Lynda Collins

Hi, my name is Lynda. 14 years ago I began a journey of self awareness and healing. Everybody deserves this and that is why I am thrilled to be part of this organization that will assist people in healing their mind, body and spirit. My desire to help people led me to work at a rehab for alcohol and drug addiction. Helping addict women has been a beautiful and inspiring part of my journey. I currently am a server at a restaurant on the Gulf of Mexico. I take pride in my work to give people a relaxing dining experience. And what better place to do it, as I often see dolphins, manatees and pelicans. I have always felt connected to animals and find much peace when I’m home with dogs.
