Dr. Will Tuttle talked here in Englewood about healthy living and food being our medicine. His wife, Madeline, accompanied him with her beautiful art work.
Dr Tuttle is the creator of the best-selling book, The World Peace Diet, as well as many other books. He is a former Zen monk with a Ph.D. in education from U.C., Berkeley, where he did his dissertation on the Role of Intuition in Education. He has worked extensively exploring and promoting intuition development, nonviolent living, meditation, healing music, creativity, holistic health, animal liberation, and cultural evolution.
We were blessed to have a tour of a food forest, right here in Englewood. Thank you to Garden of the Arts for a very informative tasty tour.
Inspiration for the creation of Be Authentic You: Deana, the founder of Be Authentic You, participated for the second time in the Journey of Intrinsic Health. Dr Zach Bush and the whole Intrinsic Health staff have a similar mission. They provide a platform for the community to learn, explore and experience a journey of intrinsic health.
